Information used to run your skate

We collect the player's name, birth year, position and selected session; the parent or guardian's name, email and phone; any alternate emergency contact; and the signature, agreement version, acceptance time and photo choice. We also keep registration, waitlist and payment status records. Tournament-interest submissions include the details entered in that form.

We use these details to organize rosters, manage capacity and waitlists, arrange payments, communicate about registrations, respond to emergencies and keep a record of consent. This form is intended for parents and legal guardians, not children completing their own registrations. Please do not enter medical records or card details in free-text fields.

Services involved

Render hosts the registration service and its records. Stripe processes checkout and receives information needed for payment, including the parent's email and session details. Card details are entered directly into Stripe Checkout; NICE's registration database does not store card numbers. Resend delivers registration messages. Cloudflare Turnstile helps protect forms against automated abuse and processes browser and network signals for that purpose. These providers also describe their own data practices in their privacy notices.

Registration information is available through NICE's password-protected owner dashboard for administration and roster export. We may disclose information where necessary for emergency assistance or to comply with legal requirements.

Photos are your choice

Promotional photo/video permission is optional, separate from participation, and off unless selected. See the photo permission terms for permitted uses and how to withdraw permission.

Optional website analytics

If you choose Allow analytics, we use Google Analytics 4 to understand visits and registration steps across nicehockey312.com and nice-hockey-registration.onrender.com. Google receives cookie-based identifiers, browser and device information, and the public page and registration-step events you visit or complete. This can connect your visit between these two sites. Google also receives your IP address as part of the network connection and uses it to derive approximate location. We do not send registration form values, names, contact details, birth years, signatures, payment references, or receipt links to Analytics. We exclude query strings and fragments from page addresses sent to Analytics and do not load Analytics on administrative, roster, agreement, receipt, or payment-return pages.

Analytics is optional and blocked until you allow it. Advertising consent stays denied; we do not enable Google Signals, advertising personalization, or user-provided data collection. Purchase and revenue tracking are not enabled. Declining or withdrawing analytics does not affect registration or payment. Use Analytics choices on either site to change your choice. Your choice is stored separately on each site for up to six months; change it on both sites to withdraw on both. On withdrawal, we stop subsequent collection and remove accessible Analytics cookies on that site. This does not remove data already collected.

Google Analytics cookies are configured to expire after six months without extension. We intend to retain user-level and event-level Analytics data for two months; aggregate reports may remain longer. See How Google uses information from sites or apps that use its services. Browser storage and your requests

The service uses a sign-in cookie for owner access and temporary browser storage to help you resume checkout and open your agreement receipt. A saved receipt link provides access to your acceptance record; keep it private. Returning-family accounts are not currently available.

To ask about your information, request a correction or deletion, or change your photo preference, email NICE. Some registration, transaction and consent records may need to be retained for accounting, disputes or legal obligations. We will explain any limits that apply to your request.
